Shipping

Every Aevum order is prepared with care. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Because each ritual is quality-checked before dispatch, estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after processing, depending on your location.

Free carbon-neutral shipping applies to all orders over $75. Orders under $75 are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Order Tracking

Once your order is on its way, we’ll send a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 2–4 days for tracking to update after dispatch.

60-Day Glow Guarantee

We stand behind your ritual. If you’re not delighted within 60 days of receiving your order, contact us for a full refund — you don’t need to send the bottle back. We simply ask that you give the ritual a fair, consistent try.

Returns & Exchanges

To start a return or exchange, email hello@aevum.com with your order number. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
